Painting  Description  -  Each painting is an original work of art signed by the artist, painted in oil on professional grade panel or stretched canvas. The paintings are each framed in a black plein air style 3 inch wide frame, complete with mounting hardware attached and ready to hang.

Payment  Method  -  Payments are accepted through the Shopping Cart, United States Postal Money Order, personal and business checks. When payment is made by check, shipment will be made after the check has cleared.

Shipping  Time  -  Item(s) ordered will be shipped within 4 days using Ground Shipping, or if payment made by check, item(s) will be shipped once check has cleared. Transit time is provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with the package, origin, and destination, particularly during peak periods. Seller is not responsible for transit time.

Terms of Sale:

I want you to insure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.  For your comfort and security, I agree to the following terms:

1) You, the Buyer, may return any item(s) purchased, with no explanation required, within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s). Item(s) must be repacked carefully and returned in the same condition received.

2) Upon return of the item(s), I, the Seller, will send the refund to the Buyer within 10 (ten) days. The refund will include the taxes, shipping & handling and other charges that have been debited, with the exception of the charge for shipping the item back to the Buyer unless the item was received by the Buyer damaged or the image and description on the website did not accurately represent the item received.

3) Transactions are provided through the Artspan Shopping Cart system.  All customer credit data is protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate.

4) Shipments are sent fully insured using UPS Ground shipping.

5) All Artwork and Prints are UNFRAMED unless otherwise stated or arranged prior to shipment.

6) Work that has been commissioned by the Buyer is non-refundable.

7) Prints purchased through the Prints-On-Demand program are non-refundable unless the print does not accurately reflect the image shown on the website. (This feature is not yet available).

8) In the event we are unable to come to an agreement regarding damaged items or other issues, you and I will ask Artspan to mediate said dispute, and in doing so, agree to abide by the decision and/or recommendation(s) made by Artspan.
